This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Light on Leadership LLC (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Light on Leadership”), when you use the Light on Leadership mobile application(the “App”) and the Light on Leadership website (the “Site”).

1. COLLECTION, STORAGE, AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION USER DATA

(1.1) Our app collects certain information from users, including personal data such as name and email address. By using our app, you consent to the collection and use of this information in accordance with this policy.

(1.2) The information we collect is used to improve the app's functionality, personalize the user experience, and send promotional communications. We may also share this information with third parties for these purposes.

(4.2) If you choose to create an account on Light on Leadership, however, we will collect, retain, and handle the personal information you voluntarily supply to us. However, we will not give up any of your private information to other apps. When you create an Account, we may require you to give us contact information (including name, email address, and phone number) so that we can contact you. If you send us an email or provide us with feedback or questions, we may keep your name and email address. If you provide us with your contact information, we may use it to solicit your input or provide you with details about our Service.

5. LOG DATA

When you access the Service, our servers automatically record information that your browser or mobile phone sends whenever you visit a website or application (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, phone model, default language settings, or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site, pages or portions of Light on Leadership that you visit or click on, the time spent on those pages, access times and dates, and other p statistics. When you make a purchase such as buying a subscription through Light on Leadership, we process your payments through a third-party application such as through the App Stores. The third-party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of Light on Leadership, which may include your name, email address, address and other billing information.

8. PUSH SERVICES

If you consent, Light on Leadership may send you push notifications or alerts to your device. 

9. SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform business-related services. These third parties may have access to the above-listed information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

(10.2) Light on Leadership cooperates with government and law enforcement officials. We may preserve or disclose any of the information mentioned above if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Light on Leadership 's rights or property.

11. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

Your personal information and Content may be transferred to – and maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Statement followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Light on Leadership may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your user data and personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

We do not exercise control over third party websites or services. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the practices of companies that Light on Leadership does not own or control or to people that Light on Leadership does not employ or manage.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Light on leadership and Members in relation to its subject matter and supersede all previous agreements, representations, and understandings.

Apple Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
